What Cyrillic Central Does
==========================
Cyrillic Central transliterates Cyrillic text between 16 commonly-used
character sets, enabling you to read e-mail, forum/newsgroup messages,
and other documents created in character sets for which you have no fonts.
Also useful for converting Cyrillic messages to an appropriate character
set before sending them to a Macintosh, DOS, or Unix user.

Supports all standard Cyrillic character sets used in DOS, Internet/Unix,
Macintosh, and Windows. Can transliterate to/from the clipboard or a disk
file; long filenames are supported under Windows 95. The online help system
contains an extensive character set reference, including printable charts.

Installation and System Requirements
====================================
Cyrillic Central 3.0 requires Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 and 300K of disk
space. To install, run the program CCInst.EXE (under Windows 3.1, choose
File/Run from Program Manager's menu; under Windows 95, choose Start/Run
from the Taskbar).

License and Ordering
====================
This is an evaluation version. It is fully functional at first, but will
stop working after 45 days. To continue using it, you must purchase a
password for $10. The online help system contains ordering instructions and
a printable order form for mail or fax orders. Telephone orders may be
placed by calling Fingertip Software at (800) 209-4063. CompuServe users
may purchase online; GO SWREG and use reference #11135.

Cyrillic Central is part of a larger package of fonts and utilities called
Cyrillic Support for Windows (available May '96 for $45). The purchase price
of Cyrillic Central may be applied toward purchase of Cyrillic Support.

The file CYRCEN30.ZIP may be freely distributed in unmodified form so long
as you do not charge anything for it beyond a reasonable amount to
reimburse your cost of duplication and distribution.
